Open Source License
Every open source project distributes its
works according to an Open Source license. We have still to write the
license under which all works of this community will be distributed.
The problem for the delay is that we have to ensure that no
modification is made by users to compromise the safe and peaceful
utilization of the OMGL system. This will possibly require the
modification of an existing open source license by a specialist lawyer,
according to international law. Until we have written the formal OMGL
license, all uses of our works, except citations or links or storing of
our pages, must be approved by email by the community. Please write to license@omgl.org .
Jurisdiction
The
stratospheric probe and the laboratory are designed to be launched, fly
and land only above extraterritorial oceanic water, so its operation
will by under the jurisdiction of the state of the ship owners and
under the jurisdiction of the country of nationality of the ship

In case winds
will direct the probe in the direction of territorial waters the
laboratory will be automatically released.
